LocatPro is available worldwide: francophone Africa (Côte d’Ivoire, Senegal, Cameroon, Mali, Burkina Faso, Guinea, Togo, Benin…), anglophone Africa (Nigeria, Ghana, South Africa, Kenya…), Europe and North America (Canada including Quebec).

30+ currencies are available: EUR, USD, CAD, GBP, XOF, MAD, NGN, GHS, ZAR, KES and more. Choose the currency per property.

Depending on the methods you enable: card (Stripe), mobile money and local cards (Paystack), PayPal, or bank transfer recorded manually. Each payment triggers an automatic PDF receipt.

Yes. All transactions go through PCI-DSS certified gateways (Stripe, PayPal, Paystack). No banking data is stored on LocatPro servers.

Yes. You can enter properties and tenants manually (fast thanks to the guided UI). For larger portfolios, contact support for a CSV import.

As soon as a payment is recorded, a PDF receipt is created automatically with all legal mentions, your logo and a unique number.

No. Cancel anytime from the built-in Stripe portal. No penalty.
